Các quy định và điều khoản thi trader cần lưu ý khi tham gia FxChampionship

Điều khoản sử dụng

Nghiêm cấm mọi hình thức lôi kéo, dụ dỗ, sử dụng cuộc thi cho mục đích đánh bạc hoặc cá cược trực tuyến trục lợi cá nhân. FxChampionship không chịu trách nhiệm đối với những hành động của những cá nhân vi phạm điều này.

FxChampionship có quyền từ chối đăng ký và loại bỏ ứng viên mà không cần giải thích lý do. Tuy nhiên, các lý do chính để ứng viên bị loại khỏi cuộc thi bao gồm:

Đăng ký nhiều tài khoản thi với cùng một danh tính hoặc có nhiều hồ sơ khách hàng với cùng một danh tính: Việc này là vi phạm quy định và có thể tạo điều kiện không công bằng trong cuộc thi.

Có các giao dịch dự thi là giao dịch khoá, giao dịch dưới 2 phút: Những hành vi này có thể được coi là vi phạm và không tuân thủ các nguyên tắc cạnh tranh công bằng trong cuộc thi.

Bị xác định hoặc nghi ngờ có hành vi gian lận để giành chiến thắng: Mọi hành vi gian lận hoặc cố ý vi phạm các quy tắc của cuộc thi sẽ là lý do để loại bỏ ứng viên, nhằm bảo đảm sự minh bạch và tính công bằng trong quá trình đua top.

Những biện pháp này nhằm mục đích duy trì tính công bằng và minh bạch trong FxChampionship và đảm bảo rằng mọi người chơi đều có cơ hội như nhau để tham gia và chiến thắng trong cuộc thi.

Xác định người chiến thắng và trao thưởng

Ứng viên bắt buộc phải đóng toàn bộ các trạng thái giao dịch trước thời hạn kết thúc cuộc thi.
Cuộc thi sẽ xác định 12 ứng viên có lợi nhuận cao nhất làm người chiến thắng cuộc thi. Kết quả cuối cùng sẽ được công bố vào ngày làm việc tiếp theo sau khi cuộc thi kết thúc, sau khi được kiểm tra bởi bộ phận bảo mật và quản lý rủi ro.

Đối với những người đoạt giải nhất hàng tuần và hàng tháng, ban tổ chức sẽ tổ chức lễ trao giải tại trụ sở FxChampionship Việt Nam. Các ứng viên giành giải khác có thể yêu cầu nhận thưởng dưới dạng tiền mặt hoặc chuyển khoản, tùy thuộc vào loại giải thưởng.

Trong trường hợp có hai ứng viên có số dư bằng nhau, FxChampionship, với tư cách là ban tổ chức cuộc thi, sẽ quyết định người chiến thắng dựa trên mức drawdown tối đa ít hơn trong suốt thời gian thi.
Những người chiến thắng cuối cùng trong danh sách TOP 12 phải đảm bảo rằng hồ sơ ứng viên của họ được xác nhận đầy đủ theo yêu cầu của FxChampionship.

Yêu cầu trả tiền thưởng của người chiến thắng chỉ được chấp nhận trong vòng 2 tuần kể từ ngày kết thúc cuộc thi đã tham gia.

FxChampionship có quyền yêu cầu bất kỳ thông tin bổ sung nào liên quan đến danh tính của người tham gia khi trao thưởng. Giải thưởng sẽ không được chuyển vào tài khoản của bên thứ ba.

Ban tổ chức cuộc thi, FxChampionship, có quyền từ chối trao giải thưởng mà không cần giải thích nếu nghi ngờ ứng viên vi phạm quy định hoặc nếu người chiến thắng không xác minh hồ sơ của mình và không cung cấp thêm thông tin về danh tính.

FxChampionship có quyền sử dụng thông tin có liên quan đến các tài khoản chiến thắng cho mục đích quảng cáo và xuất bản thông tin đó trong bất kỳ nguồn thông tin nào. Người chiến thắng sẽ được mời tham gia các hoạt động quảng cáo và tiếp thị của FxChampionship, bao gồm phỏng vấn, báo cáo hình ảnh và video, cũng như thông cáo báo chí liên quan đến cuộc thi. FxChampionship cam kết giữ thông tin cá nhân của người chiến thắng (kể cả tên và họ) an toàn và không tiết lộ nếu không có sự đồng ý của người chiến thắng. Nếu người chiến thắng từ chối tham gia các hoạt động này, FxChampionship có quyền loại bỏ người chiến thắng và trao giải cho ứng viên chiếm vị trí tiếp theo trong bảng xếp hạng cuối cùng.       

Điều khoản bất khả kháng

Trong trường hợp xảy ra các sự cố không mong muốn như thiên tai, hạn hán, lũ lụt, bạo động, chiến tranh, khủng bố hoặc lỗi server, ban tổ chức sẽ xử lý theo các quy định sau đây:

Đối với cuộc thi ngày:

Thời gian khắc phục > 2 giờ: Cuộc thi có thể được thi lại ngay sau khi sự cố được khắc phục hoặc hoàn trả lại phí tham dự cuộc thi đó.        

Đối với cuộc thi tuần, tháng:

Thời gian khắc phục > 24 giờ: Cuộc thi có thể được thi lại ngay sau khi sự cố được khắc phục hoặc hoàn trả lại phí tham dự cuộc thi đó.

Tùy thuộc vào tình hình thực tế tại thời điểm sự cố xảy ra, BTC có toàn quyền quyết định cách xử lý sao cho hợp lý nhất và ít ảnh hưởng nhất đến người tham gia.

Tất cả những người tham gia cuộc thi được kỳ vọng tham gia tự nguyện và có hiểu biết vững về thị trường tài chính. Họ chịu trách nhiệm với mọi quyết định của bản thân khi tham gia các cuộc thi do FXChampionship tổ chức.

FxChampionship reserves the right to refuse registration and remove candidates without explaining the reason. However, the main reasons for candidates to be eliminated from the competition include:
Registering multiple contest accounts with the same identity or having multiple customer profiles with the same identity: This is a violation of the regulations and may create unfair conditions in the contest.
There are contest transactions that are locked transactions, transactions under 2 minutes: These behaviors can be considered violations and do not comply with the principles of fair competition in the contest.
Identified or suspected of cheating to win: Any cheating or intentional violation of the contest rules will be grounds for disqualification, to ensure transparency and integrity. Fairness in the process of racing to the top.

These measures aim to maintain fairness and transparency within the FxChampionship and ensure that every player has an equal opportunity to participate and win the competition.

Determine winners and award prizes

Candidates are required to close all trading positions before the contest's end date.
The contest will determine the 12 most profitable candidates as the contest winners. Final results will be announced the next working day after the contest ends, after being checked by the security and risk management department.
For weekly and monthly first prize winners, the organizing committee will hold an award ceremony at FxChampionship Vietnam headquarters. Other winning candidates can request to receive their prize in cash or bank transfer, depending on the type of prize.
In case there are two candidates with equal balance, FxChampionship, as the contest organizer, will decide the winner based on the lesser of the maximum drawdown during the contest period.
The final winners of the TOP 12 list must ensure that their candidate profiles are fully verified according to FxChampionship requirements.
The winner's request for payment of prize money is accepted only within 2 weeks from the end date of the entered contest.
FxChampionship reserves the right to request any additional information regarding the identity of participants when awarding prizes. Prizes will not be transferred to third-party accounts.
The contest organizer, FxChampionship, reserves the right to refuse to award the prize without explanation if it suspects a candidate has violated the regulations or if the winner does not verify his profile and does not provide additional information about the title. count.

FxChampionship reserves the right to use information related to winning accounts for promotional purposes and to publish such information in any information source. Winners will be invited to participate in FxChampionship's promotional and marketing activities, including interviews, photo and video reports, as well as press releases related to the competition. FxChampionship is committed to keeping the winner's personal information (including first and last name) secure and not disclosing it without the winner's consent. If the winner refuses to participate in these activities, FxChampionship reserves the right to disqualify the winner and award the prize to the candidate occupying the next position in the final ranking.

Force majeure clause

In case of unexpected incidents such as natural disasters, drought, floods, riots, war, terrorism, or server errors, the organizers will handle them according to the following regulations:

For competition day:
Fixing time > 2 hours: The contest can be retaken immediately after the problem is fixed or the entry fee for that contest can be refunded.

For weekly and monthly contests:
Fixing time > 24 hours: The contest can be retaken immediately after the problem is fixed or the entry fee for that contest can be refunded.
Depending on the actual situation at the time the incident occurs, the Organizing Committee has the full right to decide how to handle it in the most reasonable way and with the least impact on participants.
All contest participants are expected to participate voluntarily and to have a solid understanding of the financial markets. They are responsible for all their own decisions when participating in contests organized by FXChampionship.
